How much do memberships cost?

Individual memberships are $20 annually, and family memberships are $35 annually.

Where can I register for shows?

Pre-registrations are available on the Show Registration page. Pre-registration opens two weeks before the date of each show and remains open until 5:00pm the day before.

What are the cut-off dates for registering as a new member/renewing membership fees?

There are no cut-off dates; however, points will not accrue towards year-end awards until your membership fee has been paid. Membership fees must be paid before the end of your first show day in order for points to accrue!

What is the cut-off date for sponsorship advertisement publication? If I miss the cut-off date, will my advertisement publication roll over into the next year?

Sponsorship payments are accepted year-round, however the deadline for having your advertisement in our publication is the end of April. If you miss the deadline, your advertisement will NOT roll over into the next year--however, you'll still receive shout-outs during each show and the other benefits of sponsorship. What payment methods do you accept?

Fees are currently accepted via check, cash, or charge via Square in person on show day.
